Arturo Venecia II is President and CEO of Human Capital Development Experts Inc. (HCD Experts).  His diverse background and experience spans 20 years in the retail (Sears), insurance (State Farm), and banking industry (Bank of America & Banco Popular).  He served in a variety of management position that involved strategic planning, marketing, business development, and training new employees.

Arturo is creator of the Mosaic Leadership ™ Model that was published in Diversity MBA Magazine (September 2010). He was named to Diversity MBA Magazine Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Executive Leaders for 2009.
